Nobu Marine began in Singapore as a marine supply business and developed through practical experience, local relationships and a commitment to serving vessels reliably. Today, the company’s verified service scope includes ship stores, provisions and bonded stores, agency work, engineering coordination, communications support, spare parts, and dry-dock and repair arrangements.

1987
Registered in Singapore
Nobu Marine Supplies Pte Ltd was registered on 12 March 1987 and supplied provisions and ship stores to vessels from several countries.
1989
Became independent
The Singapore company became independent from H. NOBU, with Mr Maejima as the sole shareholder.
1991
Broader operational support
The company expanded its work to include practical arrangements such as crew changes and medical coordination.
2001
Three core divisions
After merging with Sunrise Trading Pte Ltd, Nobu Marine operated provision supply, ship store supply and a newly established shipping-agency department.
2002
Dubai expansion and new name
A Dubai branch was established in cooperation with Saifee Ship Chandlers L.L.C., and the company name changed to Nobu Marine Pte Ltd.
2005
Rotterdam presence
A Rotterdam office was opened in cooperation with Rotterdam Shipstore B.V. to strengthen European and global service coverage.
2012
Connection with Kobe
Nobu Marine merged with Nobu Marine Ltd in Kobe, Japan.
